Are there any jobs in particular that strike your fancy? I am particularly interested in your views because I am in a weird position as a vegan dietitian, and I have a feeling my ethical views might get in the way of many aspects of the job.

Anyway, I go to Saint Louis University. They have a huge internship program but I want to expand my horizons and go somewhere else for the internship. Please do let me know when you're in town -- I'd love to do food & coffee with you! I am glad you mentioned it, as it seems like the Missouri Vegans thread on theppk died.Ruby Redhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14236226397237084651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-108522447011597818.post-77480193725873262492009-01-16T18:41:00.000-06:002009-01-16T18:41:00.000-06:00I didn't realize you were a dietetics major! Are you going for a dietetic intership after graduation? I've started looking but still have a year before I need to apply.

And YES to down-home vegan cooking, which I had never had before until I ate at a Whole Foods in Nashville. AMAZING! I have a feeling I would like that tempeh very, very much.

The almond granola looks great too -- you are reminding me that it has been ridiculously, unnecessarily long since I have had granola!Ruby Redhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14236226397237084651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-108522447011597818.post-65027995010073471972009-01-16T12:04:00.000-06:002009-01-16T12:04:00.000-06:00Congrats on your last first day! That is a great feeling, though I kinda miss college now.

And I'm so glad you liked the tempeh steak and the soup (I'm just catching up on the last few posts).

I'm totally drooling over that black olive seitan! I adore black olives, so I'll have to try that.Biancahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11545245728462853370noreply@blogger.com
