I love brunch. And I love winter and wintertime treats. This brunch was a beautiful marriage of these loves of mine!! I served it a few weeks ago at my Saturday supper club, and the crowd was oh so pleased!
Pumpkin Bread French Toast with Candied Pecans and Cinnamon-Infused Maple Syrup.
Apple-Sage Seitan Sausages. And doughnuts!!! Served fresh and warm with some delicious coffee, and you are having a great day for sure!
Homemade Jelly Doughnuts filled with Blackberry Jam, topped with a Vanilla Glaze and Homemade Granola!!!!! Deep-fried, comfort food heaven.Ooey Gooey. I never thought I would ever have a jelly doughnut again after going vegan. I'm so glad I was wrong!!

These look great! I'm intrigued by your mention of the Saturday Night Supper Club. Sound like something I might want to start in my area. How does it work?!
Well, I basically just cook one big meal, and invite people word-of-mouth and facebook and such, and then welcome those people to invite whomever they want as well. I serve the food restaurant-style, with tables set up in my living room and such...I suggest thrifting for some extra plates, utensils, etc! Then I have a suggested donation to cover my food costs, mine is $7 per person for the meal and dessert. It's so great! I created a facebook group for the weekly event and update the weekly menu there, and then people can also give feedback and such. You should totally try it!! It starts of small, but grows more and more each week!
Oh Laura! Those donuts look amazing! Deep-fried, jelly-filled, granola-topped! Oh my! Seriously, I'm going in a food coma just thinking about them.
Oh what I wouldn't do to join that supper club. Your eats always look so amazing. Kudos.
