Vegan MoFo: The Vegan's 100!

For Vegan MoFo Day 13, it's the Vegan's 100! This list is going around the blogosphere, kind of a "must eat" list for all the vegans out there, and I just wouldn't be a good foodie without filling one out! The bolded items are the ones I have tried...of course I want to try them all someday!
